Compiling and using BioCocoa on Mac OS X

In order to compile and use BioCocoa on Linux, the Mac OS X developer tools are required. See the steps below to download and install the developer tools. If they are already installed on your machine, you can proceed to step 2.

1. Downloading and installing the Mac OS X developer tools
Point your browser to: http://developer.apple.com/tools/macosxtools.html.

2. Compiling BioCocoa
You are now ready to compile and run BioCocoa. Double-click the BioCocoa.xcode file in this folder. The BioCocoa project will open in Xcode. Click the 'compile and run' button to launch BioCocoa.
